A New Librarian at Rich Central

After a full year without a head librarian, Rich Central was happy to welcome Ms. Sanders to our building back in August.   Thus far, Ms. Sanders is thoroughly enjoying her experience in District 227, in fact, she cannot get enough of it!

Ms. Sanders adores all the school activities and clubs and wants to be a great support system to the entire student body, helping whenever needed.

Ms. Sanders graduated from Florida A&M University, and knows what a high-quality band looks like, and feels that Rich Central’s band is absolutely astonishing.

Overall, Ms. Sanders feels that Rich Central has many opportunities that that help students succeed, and she is always right inside the Media Center doors to help in any way she can.

Outside of work, Ms. Sanders loves to spend time with her son, particularly watching him play basketball. In her free time, Ms. Sanders enjoys reading, shopping, going to craft fairs, and watching movies.  She is actually a big fan of comics, and says, “If  there is an action movie, you can bet she has already seen it.”

Additionally, Ms. Sanders enjoys listening to gospel music and watching her favorite show, Queen Sugar.

It is no wonder the students and staff are very excited to have Ms. Sanders on the our Olympian team.
